Jesse really listened to us when we talked about the things we were looking for in a home - garage size, master on the main, laundry on the main,etc. Jesse quickly found a good number of homes for us to consider. Jesse was quick to respond when we had a question and was very hands on with the initial inspection and the final walk through. He is very personable and wanted to make sure we were happy with our purchase.

Sale began conventional, but became a short-sale after the initial offer had been accepted by the seller. Jesse stated short-sales to be extremely uncommon and had never personally done one so it was a bit of a learning process as we navigated the additional negotiation process. Jesse has been professional and responsive throughout, and always willing to find the answers to any questions I have had.

We knew we were interested in buying in a particular neighborhood. When we saw an opportunity, we moved on it and Jesse was very responsive in answering our questions and booking a couple of visits to the home.
